I may be biased, but I think our homeschool community here is awesome! We have sports teams, a theater group, co-ops, support groups, AND a homeschool newspaper. There is something for every homeschooler to get involved in.
CO3 Ministries is one of these groups, and it is off to a great start this year. For the last three months, CO3 members have been gathering for activities and events. This homeschool ministry encourages and supports homeschool families in Monroe County and surrounding areas. One of CO3’s goals is to connect families and build strong friendships.
Members have had a blast participating in multiple field trips this fall, including Hunter’s Honey Farm and Beasley’s Apple Orchard. There are many more to come! CO3 also offers park days, Moms’ nights, Teen Times, family gatherings, holiday parties, and more. They communicate through a Facebook group and weekly member emails.
